Prices

At INTO design ApS, all prices are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.

Payment

INTO design ApS accepts payment with VISA and Mastercard. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Currency

The prices on the website are displayed in the currency applicable to your country. Your delivery address determines the currency for your purchase, and it is not possible to choose a specific currency. In Denmark, payment is made in Danish kroner, and in the rest of the EU, payment is exclusively made in EURO.

All listed prices on the Website for products, delivery costs, and other charges include taxes, VAT, and duties. Costs related to delivery, shipping, and postage may vary with each order. In your shopping cart and on the billing page, your delivery costs will be listed on a separate line as part of your total payment amount.

Delivery

INTO design ApS aims to ship within 2 to 3 working days. Shipping prices from €4. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. We deliver throughout the EU.

The delivery time may vary from 3 to 10 days, depending on the country you want your order shipped to.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. INTO design ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Return

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
