EDGE Light is a mother-daughter collaboration founded by danish product designer Lotte Steffensen and digital strategist Emma Steffensen. Based between Aarhus and Copenhagen, the brand was born from a shared purpose – to bring light, clarity and confidence into women’s lives – one beautifully designed object at a time.
Together the two generations brought their distinct sensibilities to the table – timeless product design from Lotte and cultural relevance from Emma.The result is a handbag light that feels less like a tech gadget and more like a design accessory – subtle, intuitive, essential – and beautiful.
Lotte Steffensen
Founder & Designer. Lotte is an experienced Danish product designer known for merging technical functionality with emotional aesthetics. She co-led the relaunch of the Hoptimist brand and brings decades of expertise to EDGE Light. Her philosophy is that even the smallest object can carry quiet power.
